Drop in PNG files with transparent backgrounds. The builder flags anything under 300 DPI before you order.
Nest the sheet
Drag, rotate, and duplicate until the sheet is packed. Empty film is removed from what you pay for.
We print and powder
Printed with a full white underbase on 22-inch film, cured, and quality checked against your file.
Pick up or ship
Collect it in Santa Ana that afternoon, or let it go out with tracking the same day.
Press settings
Tested on cotton, polyester, and blends. Start here, then adjust for your press and garment.
Press temperatures read at the platen, not the display. Test one piece before running a full order.
